A couple of weeks ago, when I was channeling (speaking with) “Bridget”, she was talking about how everything is spiritual. Immediately my brain went to “Yeah, I know that…because everything is energy”. But then it hit me…the reason that she was pointing it out is because humans have a natural tendency to divide the spiritual from the physical, consciously as well as unconsciously. And the division tends to hold people back from their potential.
In the dialogue, we discussed keeping options open in regards to health problems so that your intuition can guide you to what will best address the “physical” health problem…sometimes the solution could be more of what is considered to be “alternative” and other times the solution could lie in what is referred to as “Western Medicine”, other times, both. Okay, I get it. But wait!
What has been churning in me since that dialogue is how muchI have seperated myself and my life! I have always been pulled toward the spiritual, for one because I was an emotional mess after my dad died and two I had questions that I couldn’t get answered by “physical” means. But how else has the seperation held me back? Interestingly enough, many other things have become clear to me.
Everything is spiritual. How? Why? Bridget brought up that “what people refer to as spiritual is just lighter than physical.” Which means that energetically speaking, the vibrations of what is considered physical are slower and therefore more dense. She described the physical as being “dense enough to be perceived with the 5 senses”. But she made it clear that it was all the same. What happens in the physical also happens in the spiritual, or ethereal.
So if everything truly is spiritual, then cleaning the house is just as spiritual as meditating? Sure, but the feeling behind meditating, for me (and probably most people) is way different than when I clean. LOL I guess the point here is that I haven’t really ever given myself the opportunity to be truly balanced in my life because I did separate the physical from the spiritual. And I find it ironic because if a medium/channel has had this issue, how many other people might? It kind of changes my idea of good/bad and right/wrong a lot. How might this be true for you?
