I need to remember those things when my son is doing what I don't want him to do... and my first reaction is to yell "NO" or "DON'T TOUCH THAT"(etc.), since I was taught this way... and I want to teach him a different way than I was raised. It's really hard, when I am just learning these things myself and trying to teach myself to rid myself of negative thought patterns.... It's a very long and very hard road and I have a very long way to go... I just hope I can catch it in time so that my son doesn't have to go thru it to. Thanks for the letter. Wow Jen,
