I believe that part of personal growth and development is understanding not only how we are as parents, but also considering how we were parented along with the effects of that stuff on us today. In light of that, this is a 3 part video on the difference between discipline and punishment, as well as how to implement positive discipline with children. This is a wonderfully insightful video. My daughter is only 8 months right now but I want to be sure I’m well enough informed to make right decisions. (even though I’m sure there will be plenty of mistakes and a very large learning curve)
